Every watch purchased from TimeLuxe includes a comprehensive 2-year international warranty covering manufacturing defects and internal movement issues.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
We offer insured express shipping worldwide. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days, while international deliveries take 5-7 business days depending on customs clearance.
Are all the watches on your site 100% authentic?
Yes, authenticity is our highest priority. Every item is inspected by our in-house experts and comes with original packaging and a certificate of authenticity.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn timepiece in its original condition for a full refund or exchange.

We support all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. For high-value transactions, we also offer secure bank wire transfers with an additional 3% discount.
Can I have my watch resized before delivery?
Absolutely. During checkout, you can provide your wrist measurements in the 'Special Instructions' field, and our master watchmakers will adjust the bracelet for you free of charge.
