Returns & Exchanges

At TIMELUXE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn and with all security tags intact to ensure a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original luxury packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal request to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
